New Home Sales & Prices sink 10.5% in February

February's figure was 1.08 million homes, a 10% drop. Median prices fell 1.6% vs January. The 7 month low is now $230,400 for the average price of a home in the US.This is a 2.9% drop over a year ago. (Investors Business Daily Monday March 27, 2006)
