Buying a home is as simple as 3 steps. If you follow these steps in a systematic way, you can own your own home. It involves a combination of determining what you can afford, looking for what fits that budget, and
then negotiating and closing on the home that you've found.

Here's HOW IT WORKS.
First, find out what you can afford by getting a credit Report/Score. Then obtain a pre-approval letter that approves you for a loan amount that the lender can provide. Next is the searching step where
you begin looking for a home that matches your budget. Negotiating the terms for the home of your dreams is next, and finally closing where you receive the keys.
