Tired of renting an apartment? Are landlords frustrating to deal with every month?
For many renters, living in an apartment with neighbors banging on the walls is too much.
Also, the landlord raises the rents and money is tied up in security deposits. It's not a happy situation.
Many renters want to get out of the apartment and buy a home of their own.

You could be OWNING your own home right now.
Owning a home of your own has many benefits. Now the neighbors are a bit farther away.
No more security deposits. You have more control over your budget, since you are working with a lender. Also the interest you pay is deductable against your income taxes. This can mean thousands of dollars each year for homeowners.

But what about my CREDIT SCORE?
But many apartment renters don't start the process of buying their own home for many reasons.
They don't know the right people, are fearful, doubting of their situation, or sometimes just don't understand
the jargon and lingo. It can be intimidating. For many people, a home is the largest purchase they'll ever
make in their entire lifetime.
Kurt, can you tell me just a little more about getting my credit score?

Sometimes a bankruptcy just occurred. This might seem like an obstacle to buying a home, but
this isn't necessarily so. Without checking with the right people, you wont really know what can and what
cant be done.

A PLAN for getting into your very own home.
Buying a home is as simple as 3 steps. If you follow these steps in a systematic way, you can own your own home. It involves a combination of determining what you can afford, looking for what fits that budget, and
then negotiating and closing on the home that you've found.

Here's HOW IT WORKS.
First, find out what you can afford by getting a credit Report/Score. Then obtain a pre-approval letter that approves you for a loan amount that the lender can provide. Next is the searching step where
you begin looking for a home that matches your budget. Negotiating the terms for the home of your dreams is next, and finally closing where you receive the keys.

Take this NEXT STEP to move in.
The next step for you is to to find out what kind of house you can afford. Do this by getting your credit score and a pre-approval letter from your lender. Wth your PreApproval letter in hand, you'll have solid information to have a conversation with a REALTORŪ with.
Kurt, I want to take the NEXT STEP to buy a home.

I can help you with this by putting you in touch with lenders that I work with. Call me at 695-5878 or email me at kurt@vabeachhomebuyer.com.

It's possible to have your own home.
You can do it!
