Spring is here and favoring Buyers. The strong Virginia Beach sellers market of the last 2 years is adjusting to more realistic sales pricing. Over the last few months, sellers have started realizing that the slowdown means more days on the market. The higher priced homes are especially seeing more days on the market. Also, some sellers are giving substantial assistance to Buyers closing costs on full price offers!
